Refund Policy

1. General Principle

All sales are considered final once processing or fulfillment has begun. Certain items and services cannot legally or operationally be returned or refunded, including prescription medications already dispensed and medical consultations once completed.

2. Subscription Products

  • Billing: Subscription charges are processed automatically at the interval selected at checkout.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel or pause a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@crafttelemed.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled processing date.
  • Refunds: Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, the charge is non-refundable. If a cancellation request is received after processing, it will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Credits: At our discretion, we may issue a credit to your account for future purchases in cases of shipping errors, defective products, or other extenuating circumstances.

3. One-Time Purchases

  • Prescription products: Due to FDA and pharmacy safety rules, prescription medications that have been dispensed or shipped cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Non-prescription products (if offered): Refunds may be available for unopened, unused items returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Telemedicine Appointments

  • Completed appointments: Provider consultations are professional services and are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Missed or late cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
  • Cancellations in advance: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you, the charge will not be refunded. We may reship at your expense. If the delivery failure is due to a Craft or carrier error, we will reship at no additional charge or issue a credit.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund or credit:

  1. Contact us at hello@crafttelemed.com within 7 days of the issue.
  2. Provide your order number, account details, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credits may be applied to your Craft account for future purchases.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to resolve billing issues directly with us before initiating a chargeback.
